International Relations
The universal dimension of theological science, its rich internal diversity that embraces an array of various sub-fields, its openness to challenges and issues of the outer world and ultimately also the international experience of a vast majority of the faculty teachers who studied and worked abroad, predetermine the Faculty of Theology to engage in vibrant international relations in pedagogical and practical terms. Certain external relations of the faculty are underpinned with a formal legal form, agreements on cooperation, such as the bilateral agreement on cooperation with the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow and several more cooperation agreements under the ERASMUS+ programme. Yet, the most lively and dynamic relations take place at an informal level through specific scientific, project, conference, publishing and pedagogical cooperation activities, joint organization of scientific events including those for students in doctoral programs or through exchanges of visiting professors and reviewers of theses.
