IT Support - CePIT and Helpdesk
CePIT / IT Support and Hotline Centre is a unified workplace for initial contact with customers regarding failures, outages or users’ issues related to supported central IT services. This workplace provides support via telephone to solve problems with IT and is also used for reporting IT outages.
Malfunctions, outages, and various IT requests on supported departments are NOT to be reported to a department’s IT staff. This service is provided solely by the CePIT workplace.
Faculty ICT services support and hotline is provided by ICT Centrum of the faculty.
